Selected Achievements
Over 25 years experience with design, installation, testing, troubleshooting, start-up, decommissioning, repair, and O&M of remediation systems nationwide for a wide range of compounds. Systems include vapor extraction, air sparging, soil-vapor extraction, product recovery, ozone and ISCO injection, and biofilters. Water treatment systems have included bioreactors, air strippers, carbon units of various sizes and configurations, oil/water separators, etc. Work has included development of innovative approaches to optimize system performance and effectiveness, reduce operating costs, and minimize downtime. Media have included soils, soil-vapor, groundwater and surface water. Sites have ranged from residential and commercial properties to large industrial facilities, bulk storage terminals, CERCLA sites, and refineries. System installation work has ranged from procurement, assembly and installation of recovery and treatment units, electrical wiring and installation of control panels, trenching and piping installation, etc.
Supervise and provide training of technical staff and contractors on the design, testing, installation, troubleshooting, and O&M of remediation systems.
Provide technical services and support for other environmental contractors and consultants within refinery and industrial facilities
Provide emergency response services for major industrial clients.
Oversee and ensure safety during field activities related to installation, testing, decommissioning, and O&M of remediation systems at numerous facilities. Conduct safety compliance audits. Develop policies and procedures for safe work practices related to a wide range of systems and activities.
Troubleshoot and repair numerous problematic remediation systems and install and interface new technologies with older remediation systems to upgrade systems, maintain proper operation, and improve performance and effectiveness.
